Mental Health Monarchs offers engaging sessions, both virtually and in-person, designed to foster growth, support, and mental well-being. Let’s bring mental health empowerment right to your doorstep—wherever possible!
Cancellation Policy
At Mental Health Monarchs, we value the time, effort, and preparation required to provide high-quality group facilitation services. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to all clients, the following policies apply: Booking and Confirmation: Group facilitation services are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement, depending on the arrangement. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid additional fees. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $250 non-refundable fee, which reflects the time invested in preparing for the session. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the $250 fee. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. However, cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for credit toward future services. Communication: All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes must be communicated via email or phone to ensure proper documentation.
